The United States of America can regain its prestige
and free itself from debt by implementing the
program of the American Renaissance Movement.
- Congressional legislation must emphasize United States sovereignty over any international group, nation or family dynasty.
- Create Jobs by ending participation in NAFTA and GATT; and bring American jobs and corporations home, to rebuild America’s industrial and manufacturing base.
- End the War in Iraq and Afghanistan; and bring our soldiers home as no weapons of mass destruction were ever found; and these wars drain billions of dollars from our economy daily while increasing our debt, to the bankers benefit.
- Abolish the privately owned Federal Reserve, and cancel the billions of dollars of debt to the Federal Reserve on interest on money borrowed from ourselves, cap credit card interest rate at 7% and have the Federal government assume its rightful Constitutional authority to create interest free money as President Abraham Lincoln did.
- Abolish the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) and replace it with a National Sales Tax called the Fair Tax.

MIDDLE CLASS EMPOWERMENT
1. Recognize the sovereignty of the Nation State as the fundamental social/political unit which guarantees our individual rights as United States citizens through our Constitution and Bill of Rights. No international bank, no transnational corporation, no international body of international agreements, no family dynasty shall take precedent over our national interest.
2. Bring our jobs home. End United States involvement in the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) and General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade (GATT).Once the largest creditor Nation in the world, the United States has now become the biggest debtor nation owing trillions of dollars to China, the largest communist country and dictatorship in the world. The manufacturing and industrial infrastructure of our country has been decimated to the loss of tens of millions of good paying jobs leaving our country, because of misguided if not treasonous trade agreements enacted by congress. Encourage and create incentives for United States companies to stay in the United States. Trade agreements can continue but will be made between the United States and respective trading countries without involving international trade bureaucracies to oversee them. The United States mantra in commerce will be fair trade not free trade. The United States should maintain a completely integrated and comprehensive economic system both horizontally and vertically, geared towards as much independence as possible in all aspects of the economy; especially in the areas of agriculture, defense, energy and security. The United States can not afford to loose its industrial and manufacturing base and remain a great country. This trend of job loss must be reversed immediately. The goal of the United States economy is full employment. The economy should be booming. Entrepreneurship and creativity must be encouraged. The middle class must be empowered.
3. Bring our soldiers home. Withdraw our troops from Iraq and Afghanistan. The United States will continue to maintain and finance the best military in the world; but there were no weapons of mass destruction.” in Iraq. This is a travesty of the highest order; to massacre a nation, women and children for a pretext when what is sought is oil, and natural resources, and a foothold in the Middle East. Besides the immorality of this war, it is costing taxpayers billions of dollars every day.
4. Audit the privately owned Federal Reserve Bank which was established through deception in 1913 to be the central bank of the United States and which has never been audited; and whose stock is controlled by foreign interests and which pays no income taxes to off set its tremendous profits.
5. Abolish the Federal Reserve after it is fully audited. The United States pays each year now in excess of $430 billion in interest payments alone to the Federal Reserve, which is a cartel of private banks masquerading as our public bank, for the right to borrow money from ourselves. Our federal income tax returns go primarily toward paying down this interest. The United States will establish a public bank, and remove from private banks the power granted only to Congress under the Constitution to create money. Only the Federal Government and not private banks will control the creation of money, and its value. This will be done scientifically to keep the supply of money coordinated with the amount of goods that are in circulation in order to control inflation
6. Encourage banks to loan money, but the fractional reserve requirement will be eliminated. All loans must be backed with the full amount of the loan. This will control inflation and insure that Government and not Banks create money.
7. Reintroduce the Sovereignty Bill into Congress. This bill allows the United States Government to make interest free loans ( for infrastructure projects such as roads, bridges, sewers, seaports, water treatment, schools, hospitals, air ports, etc.) to local and state governments. The government agency will be required to repay the loan plus administrative fee, but there will be no interest attached. This will be interest free money which will be created as a value and not a debt, as there would be no interest attached. Precedent has been set by United States President Abraham Lincoln in printing greenbacks, ( $450,000,000.00 interest free money) to pay the Union troops during the Civil War instead of taking out usurious loans with high interest rates from private banks. Some scholars believe this challenge to the banking system profits was the real reason President Lincoln was assassinated, as well as President James Garfield, twenty years later.
8. Cancel all interest related debt the United States government and its taxpayers have to the Federal Reserve. All debt of the United States Government and its people which has resulted from the interest accumulated from borrowing money from ourselves via the Federal Reserve is hereby and forever cancelled. This amounts to hundreds of billions of dollars.
9. Encourage home ownership. All mortgages payments to be front end loaded with principle reduction primary over interest, emphasis on paying mostly principle up front, then escrow and taxes, and a reasonable monthly interest deduction with the purpose to drastically reduce the time to eventually own a home.
10. Place a hard 7% cap on all credit card interest debt.
11. Abolish the Internal Revenue Service ( IRS). Funds to support government are to be generated from a National Sales Tax called The Fair Tax.
Fair Tax Replacement for the Federal Income Tax System
The fair tax is truly a consumption tax. The fair tax eliminates the need to declare income of any kind, and abolishes the IRS, restoring $300 billion dollars to taxpayers. It is collected by established local governments and passed on to the federal government, so the cost to enact this tax is minor. According to FairTax.org, “It abolishes all federal personal and corporate income taxes, gift, estate, capital gains, alternative minimum, Social Security, Medicare, and self-employment taxes and replaces them with one simple, visible, federal retail sales tax administered primarily by existing state sales tax authorities.” The sales tax rate for the Fair Tax is currently set at 23 percent, which is in addition to the sales tax currently charged by the state. Employees take home their entire paycheck as withholding is completely eliminated, and because of this the tax is visible and present in the minds of spenders. The bottom of every receipt will show the amount collected for taxes, so politicians will not be able to raise this rate without alerting every shopper. This is in stark contrast to the current system in which the majority of citizens do not know how much tax they pay each year.
Every American citizen receives a monthly rebate equal to the amount of tax that would be charged on spending up to the poverty level. Since the fair tax is a consumption tax, and not an income tax, illegally earned and tourist dollars would also be taxed. No deductions, no exemptions, no loopholes.
The current tax system is cumbersome, expensive and ineffective. Proponents of change say the time to act is now.
11. Oppose globalists policies of Cap and Trade; which is the elitist plan to continue to tie up the Nation States through additional taxes and regulations concerning the use of energy, imposed by international non elected panels who will monitor the respective countries for the international financial interests.
12. Stress the importance of developing alternative energy sources such as solar and wind. Insist that the oil companies develop and market any advanced technology patents which they own, and which would produce cheaper and safer energy, but which are not being developed because of the profit motive attached to oil. If these patents sit idle, and are not developed, they must be forfeited to other companies which will develop them.
13. Re-establish the Free Press through democratizing the broadcasting industry. No news monopolies are to exist. Limit the number of publications a person or group may have an interest in. The owners of the respective media are to be named and their names prominently displayed for the reader. Recapture all broadcasting licenses by requiring all media to reapply for licenses to be re-evaluated. The major networks must be objective in their presentation of the news or forfeit the privilege of news broadcasting.
14. Convene a New 911 Commission with subpoena powers to perform a thorough, complete and objective investigation of what happened on 9/11, why and how it happened, and who is responsible. Hold those responsible accountable. A proper investigation was never completed.
15. Support Informed Consent for vaccination, including the right to limit the number of vaccines given to young children and the listing of all ingredients contained therein and side effects. Re-evaluation of vaccine program is to be conducted through studies of the doses given to children under two years of age.; and the reporting and determination of safe levels and of any adverse effects which are linked to possible overdosing.
16. Support the 2nd Amendment rights of citizens to bear arms.
17 .Control Immigration and secure the Borders. A Nation must be able to control its borders. Immigration must be done in a legal manner. Although there is much sympathy and compassion for people wanting to come to the United States, there is an orderly procedure which assures the integrity of the sovereign Nation. United States taxpayers should not be asked to pay for social services of illegal immigrants. All illegal immigrants must register with Immigration control and be put on a waiting list. Since previous administrations silently condoned the illegal entries and allowed the situation to get out of hand, it seems unfair to those illegal families that have come into the United States to send them back, but it also seems unfair for those waiting in line who are seeking entry in a lawful manner. Cutting in line can not be condoned or else we will have a chaotic situation. Illegal aliens should not be given favorable status over those who are applying for entry and citizenship in the proper manner, but should be put onto a waiting list. Any illegal aliens in the United States who do not register will be deported.
18. Encourage medical and engineering schools to open enrollment, so that the number of doctors and engineers in the United States is increased by 5%.
19. All elections shall be conducted using paper ballots. The computerized system is too easy to program and manipulate.
20. Treat drug addiction as an illness not a crime. Establish more treatment centers, less prisons. Encourage more therapists, less corrections officers. Reinforce a healthy life through positive media programming. United States has a larger percentage of its population in jail than any other country. This prison system is very expensive to maintain.
21. Legalize the sale of small amounts of marijuana with both a federal and state tax component generated. Marijuana education is to be included with alcohol education.
22. Encourage the increase in family farms vs. corporate agro business. The goal is to decentralize agriculture away from corporate dominance into the nurturing traditions of family farmers. Emphasis will be on diversification and on organic.
23. Increase and intensify the space program. Bring the cosmic sense into politics and life. Promote the Hubble photographs and research, and the developments of science and technology associated with such an enterprise. Search for our identity as a species. Explore. Develop a culture that connects with that which is beyond and incomprehensible and mysterious. Encourage the colonization of the moon and mars. Encourage private venture capitalism to assist in regular shuttles to the moon.
24. Restrict lobbyists in government and government employees as lobbyists. .No government official may work as a lobbyist for 10 years after leaving his public position. No Lobbyist may be employed by government until 10 years from leaving lobbyist position.
25. There shall be a Constitutional Right to Health Care built into the fabric of the economy so that basic medical coverage will exist for every United States citizen from birth to death.
26. Establish Health Trust Funds to research, cure and treat disease. The Leisure industries of Professional Sports and Entertainment as well as all major United States corporations will be subjected to a 1% tax on all monies generated through their industry including advertisement industry which will be forwarded to a National Health Trust Fund. Each Sport and or major corporation will be associated with a particular disease or defect. The goal is to research, cure and treat these diseases, and to use the monies generated through the Leisure and corporate industries to help accomplish this. For example Hollywood corporations may establish a Health Trust Fund for the Cure of Cancer. Major League Base Ball may have a Health Trust Fund established for the Cure of Heart Disease. The National Football League may have a Health Trust Fund to Cure Kidney Disease. The Professional Basketball Association may have a Health Trust Fund to Cure Birth Defects; oil companies and defense contractors may have a Health Trust Fund to cure Diabetes…the automobile industry may have a Health Trust Fund to cure Liver Disease, Wall Street industries may have a Health Trust Fund to cure Aids… etc. Every time the public watches a movie or sporting event a small percentage of the revenue generated would be going to research and treatment of these diseases. The athletes, movie stars and entertainers and the owners of those entertainment industries including the networks, and the owners and entrepreneurs of the major corporations will be generating monies which will be directly used to treat and cure those diseases. This will establish a national link between the very athletic and artistically talented, and the wealthy and well to do with the treatment and cure of diseases for all, and create a more positive image for the respective industries. The professional athlete and entertainer through their respective industries as well as the captains of capitalism and commerce will be the ambassadors and promoters of good health.
27. Emphasis on developing and recognizing homeopathic methods on treating illness to be combined with allopathic and all covered by health insurance.
28. Higher education must be accessible to all who seek admission by being made more affordable.
29. Broker a peace in the Middle East whereby both the Palestinians and Israelis negotiate a fair settlement in which they both have their separate Nation States that they were both previously promised by the British government. This present situation is a major instability in the world, which could lead to a conflagration and a Third World War if not remedied.
30. Create an economy which stresses hard work, but gives time for leisure and developing personal attributes, talents and interests. Deemphasize money but emphasize creative utilization of time. Become who you are. Time and Health are more valuable than money. Once the economy is booming then an experiment with the concept of 32 hour work week for 40 hours of pay can be launched.
